27th Sept, the hp branch in my town gave me a call and asked me to collect my lappy. it has been 3 weeks i never see and touch her. was very delighted that she returns to me. when i reached home at night, immediately i plugged the power cord and the result...

same as before... heart-broken on the spot...

i have decided to send her to the same shop again and asked them to reformat everything eventhough i have to lost all my files... hopefully it is because of the software problem, or else i will demand for a new lappy..

everytime i restart her, she displays different of message on the screen and i dont know how to encrypt it.. maybe u can.. here is the picture...
